2008 Dodge Caliber

The 2008 Dodge Caliber is produced by the Chrisler Groudodge caliber outsidep, more specifically by Dodge. The dodge caliber is the new compact car that was built to replace the Dodge Neon, and started selling in 2006. The main competitors of the Caliber are the Chevrolet HHR, the Nissan Versa, the Suzuki SX4 and the Toyota Matrix.

It is a five door hatchback with a continously variable transmission and uses a four-cylinder GEMA gasoline engine. It has also got an optional accesory for controlling all the wheel drive system electronically with variable speeds of between 25 and 65 miles per hour.

Dodge Caliber SE

The Dodge Caliber SE model has got front wheel drive, a 5-speed manual transmission and a 1.8L 148hp GEMA gasoline engine

Dodge Caliber SXT

The Dodge Caliber SXT uses the same engine as the SE model, but includes: air conditioning, height adjustment on seat, load carrying on passenger seat, reclinable rear seats, power windows, locks, mirrors and a steel wheel of 17-inches.

Dodge Caliber R/T

The Dodge Caliber R/T model features a 172hp 2.4L GEMA gasoline engine with CVT2 transmission, an autostick feature, aluminum wheels of 18-inches, ABS and a 5-speed manual transmission.

Dodge Caliber SRT-4

The Dodge Caliber SRT-4 model includes a 2.4L 16V Turbocharged 285hp gasoline engine. It was presented for the first time on February 2006 on the Chicago Auto Show.
